At Pro Performance, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures you get the right fit or a full refund as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days of receipt.
